Gloverspiece Mini Farm

A sanctuary for people and animals

Welcome from our chief officer and founder – Lynne Duffy

Welcome to Gloverspiece Minifarm Ltd, an accredited care farm situated within 2 miles of Droitwich, established since 2010. The farm is an 11 acre canal side property which is home to a variety of rescued animals. Once rehabilitated the animals become the core offer of animal therapy for our clients. In 2017 we opened our award-winning SEN primary school.

We embrace the principles of care farming mainly the therapeutic use of farming practices, providing a supervised structured programme of farming related activities. Care Farming recognises the lasting and sustainable health care development that can be achieved through engaging with nature, land and animals. We now have three companies, the original Gloverspiece Community Care Farm which is also home to our lovely animals, the college and now our award winning school for pupis from 4 to 16.

Welcome to our farm!

Gloverspiece is a based on a beautiful working farm. All of the branches of Gloverspiece, including the school, alternative provision, care farm, rescue centre, would simply not be possible without the farm that runs throughout everything we do.
• We have sheep, pigs, goats, and ducks, that support in all parts of the help we offer our community.
• Rotating animals across paddocks is a crucial part of keeping the land healthy for all the animals we have.
• Teaching the students about farming practices, using the animals and equipment to allow students to learn about healthy farming practices.
